Kenzie Biggins is the Founder and CEO of Worxbee, a boutique firm providing Virtual Executive Assistant support to senior leaders through a personalized, fractional model. With over a decade of experience in Virtual Executive Assistant support, she has helped reshape how leaders and organizations access high-level executive support through a more flexible and strategic approach.
Before founding Worxbee, Kenzie built experience across relationship management, HR strategy, and customer experience with Fortune 500 companies including Walmart, Gap, Bank of America, and Target. Today, she leads Worxbee with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and building strong support partnerships that help leaders work more effectively.
Her leadership and insights have been featured in leading national media, including 60 Minutes, The Wall Street Journal, and Inc. Magazine.
Kenzie writes and speaks on the evolving role of executive support, sustainable leadership, executive productivity, and building high-performing teams. She is also a member of Forbes Business Council, where she contributes articles on leadership and the evolving role of executive support.
She currently serves on the board of the Atlanta Speech School, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s Small Business Roundtable, and Intuit’s Small Business Committee.
