About Worxbee

Position Overview

Worxbee is actively seeking highly experienced Virtual Executive Assistants to join our network as Independent Contractors. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who excel in supporting senior-level executives and are looking for the flexibility to choose their assignments. As part of the Worxbee VEA network, you will be matched with clients based on your expertise, experience, and preferences.

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to matched clients, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling of correspondence.

  • Serve as a key point of contact between executives and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project collaboration.

  • Develop and manage documents and presentations to aid in executive decision-making.

  • Coordinate travel and manage complex itineraries with precision.

  • Support special projects, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.

  • CRM oversight, including data quality assurance audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience: Worxbee seeks individuals who bring a wealth of experience to their role as Virtual Executive Assistants. If you have at least 5 years of experience, particularly if you've spent over 10 years supporting executive-level professionals, we believe you have the foundational knowledge and insights that our clients value.

  • Skills: Our team stands out for their exceptional organizational abilities, superior communication skills, and adeptness with modern office technologies. A profound understanding of emotional intelligence is also critical, as it enables our Virtual Executive Assistants to build and maintain strong professional relationships effectively.

  • At Worxbee, we offer a balance of flexibility and structure. While there are no set work hours, the scheduling largely depends on the support needs of the client. We work solely with US-based VEAs and clients, so work is often within regular business hours.

Our clientele primarily includes small to medium-sized businesses, non-profits, associations, government entities, and companies in sectors like utilities, manufacturing, and consumer staples. While we have a strong presence in these areas, our VEAs support a wide array of businesses, offering flexibility and expertise tailored to each client’s unique needs.   • At Worxbee, we've established a minimum service commitment of 20 hours per month to ensure clients receive consistent support and our VEAs maintain a stable workload. For VEAs seeking pairing opportunities, we recommend a minimum availability of 30 hours per month. This not only increases your chances of being matched but also accommodates potential overage, allowing for a flexible response to client needs. While there's no maximum limit on hours, our focus remains on balancing client demands with your capacity, ensuring quality service without overcommitment. Our goal is to create a flexible, structured arrangement that effectively meets the needs of both our clients and VEAs.
