  • Start with a consultation. We will discuss your workload and priorities, then recommend the right monthly support plan.

  • Support is priced as a flat monthly rate based on the support hours in your plan.

  • Overage hours are available at your same hourly rate. Your Executive Assistant will request your written approval before working additional hours, and any approved overage will be billed accordingly. If you consistently go over, we recommend increasing monthly support hours so your Executive Assistant has dedicated capacity for you each month.

  • Pricing is per executive. Each leader has their own plan based on the monthly hours that match their workload.

  • Yes. Plans can vary by executive based on workload, priorities, and the level of support needed.

  • Yes. As your needs change, you can scale your support plan over time.

  • Yes. These plans are available upon request. 20 hours is $1,300/month and 30 hours is $1,950/month.

  • Most clients get started in one week.

  • Our commitment is to get you to the right Executive Assistant. If a different match is needed before service begins, we will continue the matching process, or you can cancel before starting service. If needs change after service begins, we provide re-pairing at no additional cost.

  • We start with a 30-day initial agreement. After that, support continues month to month with a 30-day cancellation notice.

  • Yes. Discounts are available for 6 and 12-month agreements. We also offer a nonprofit discount.

  • Our Executive Assistants sign NDAs and follow your preferred security protocols using the password-sharing and access tools your organization already uses.

  • Payments are processed automatically each month using the payment method you provide at sign-up.
