Our commitment is to get you to the right Executive Assistant. If a different match is needed before service begins, we will continue the matching process, or you can cancel before starting service under our TrueFit Guarantee.

  • Our commitment is to get each team member to the right Executive Assistant. If a different match is needed before service begins, we will continue the matching process, or you can cancel before starting service. If needs change after service begins, we provide re-pairing at no additional cost.

  • Yes. You can add Executive Assistants, adjust hours, and evolve support as your team’s needs change.

  • We start with a 30-day initial agreement. After that, support continues month to month with a 30-day cancellation notice.

  • Yes. Discounts are available for 6 and 12-month agreements. We also offer a nonprofit discount.

  • Our Executive Assistants sign NDAs and follow your preferred security protocols using the password-sharing and access tools your organization already uses.
