What We Look for in an Executive Assistant
Proven Experience
Minimum of 5+ years supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant. Experience in fast-paced environments where discretion and prioritization matter.
Executive Support
Advanced experience managing executive calendars, inboxes, and complex travel while anticipating needs and creating systems that reduce friction and decision fatigue.
Strong Organization
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain structure, and create clarity in dynamic environments.
Communication
Clear, confident written and verbal communication that builds trust with executives, stakeholders, and teams. Communicates proactively and represents leaders with professionalism.
High EQ
Strong emotional intelligence to read situations, adapt to shifting priorities, and support executives with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment.
Tech Fluency
Comfortable working across modern tools and AI-enabled platforms to streamline workflows, manage information, and support executives effectively in a remote environment.

Worxbee supports a flexible work structure, there are no fixed hours. Your schedule depends on the needs of the client you support, typically aligned with U.S. business hours. The goal is to create partnerships that respect both your availability and the client’s expectations.

Worxbee supports a range of client engagements. Most client agreements begin at 40 hours per month, with many averaging 50–60 hours. We recommend Executive Assistants have at least 40 hours of availability to increase match potential and flexibility.
There’s no set maximum, but we prioritize balance—ensuring you can meet client needs without overextending yourself. Our goal is to create a flexible structure that works for both you and the clients you support.
