Kenzie Biggins is the founder and CEO of Worxbee, a leading provider of fractional Executive Assistant services.
Kenzie’s bold, visionary leadership is backed by deep experience in relationship management, HR strategy, and customer experience across Fortune 500 companies including Walmart, Gap, Bank of America, and Target. She leads Worxbee with a sharp focus on innovation, problem-solving, and operational efficiency—building committed teams, client relationships, and scalable solutions that drive measurable results.
Her business approach and leadership style have garnered national recognition, with interviews featured in 60 Minutes, The Wall Street Journal, and Inc. Magazine. Kenzie holds a BS in Merchandising from Florida State University and an MFA in Luxury and Fashion Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD)—a combination that informs both her creative vision and operational discipline.
She has completed several prestigious business development programs, including Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses at Babson College, Dartmouth’s Tuck Executive Education program, and the Greenville Chamber’s Minority Business Accelerator. Kenzie was an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Nominee (2022) and participated in U.S. Senate Entrepreneurship Caucus roundtables in both 2019 and 2022.
A classically trained soprano and a proud entrepreneur with dyslexia, Kenzie is passionate about improving access to education, the arts, and business ownership. She currently serves on the board of the Atlanta Speech School, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s Small Business Roundtable, and Intuit’s Small Business Committee. She is also a member of The Links, Incorporated and the International Women’s Forum.
