What's Next for Worxbee in 2020?

There's no doubt that 2019 has been a huge year for Worxbee -- from experiencing huge growth for Worxbee Individual Support (8,600 hours of Virtual Executive Assistant support for clients!),  launching Managed Shared Services Executive Assistant Support, adding extremely talented people to our team, and offering on-going training for our team, it's been an exciting 12 months. But, we're even more excited for what lies ahead. Read on to learn three things we're excited for in 2020!

1. Culture

As we look ahead to the new year, our main priority will be our culture. Our Executive Assistants continue to amaze us with their dedication, commitment, and support. We really want to focus on impacting our community by living out our purpose to create an environment where Executive Assistants and the Executives they support can THRIVE together. As well as our mission to build a world-class Executive Assistant experience through community, service, and resources.

Our plans include 1-minute videos from our CEO herself, Kenzie Biggins, WoW Wednesdays where our Executive Assistants can share their wow moments to inspire, a new value statement,  and more personalized support and development for our team.

2. Worxbee Community

Our new product that will launch in April 2020! Worxbee Community will be a place to connect, collaborate, and share advice as well as provide educational resources for professional development and personal growth. The energizing community will provide resources for Executive Assistants (EAs) and Virtual Executive Assistants (VEAs) to advance in their skillset, highly curated content and training, and one-on-one community support from other Executive Assistants and Virtual Executive Assistants.

3. On-boarding a COO

Finally, we are excited to announce that we will be adding a new Executive Team Member, Jessie Wallace, in 2020 to continue to grow Worxbee and our world-class Executive Assistant experience.
