Start with a free, no-obligation consultation to discuss your needs, priorities, and goals. We’ll recommend the right monthly support hours and outline next steps. Most clients can get started within two weeks, and often in as little as one week.

TrueFit Pairing

We hand-select two pre-vetted Executive Assistants whose skills, personality, and work style align with yours. You interview both and choose your preferred fit. If you do not find the right match, you can cancel before starting service under our TrueFit Guarantee.

Begin working with your Executive Assistant with ongoing support from Worxbee. We provide guidance, resources, and a Client Success team to build a strong, effective relationship.

Our TrueFit Pairing Process

A thoughtful process designed to match you with the right Executive Assistant based on how you work.

1. Business DNA®

After signing up, you’ll complete a Business DNA® assessment so we understand your communication preferences and work style and can identify the right match.

2. Onboarding

You’ll review your Business DNA® results with our team and align on priorities, workflow, and what success looks like.

3. Expert Matching

We hand-select two pre-vetted Executive Assistants whose skills, personality, and work style align with yours. You interview both and choose your preferred fit.

4. TrueFit Guarantee

We stand behind our pairing process. If you do not find the right match during the initial pairing, you can cancel before starting service. If the fit is not right after you begin, we provide re-pairing at no additional fee.

5. Kickoff Call

Once paired, you’ll meet with your Executive Assistant to align on priorities, communication, and next steps for a smooth start.

6. Ongoing Support

Our Client Success team checks in and provides guidance and resources to help you get the most from your support.
