1. Business DNA®

After signing up, you’ll complete a Business DNA® assessment. This gives us insight into your communication preferences and work style, ensuring you’re matched for true compatibility, not just experience.
2. Onboarding

During your onboarding call, you’ll review your Business DNA® results with a member of our team. We’ll further align on your support needs, workflow, and define what success looks like for you.
3. Expert Matching

Our team hand-selects two elite Executive Assistants from our network who are an ideal match. You’ll meet and interview both, then choose the partner who feels like your TrueFit.
4. Kickoff Call

Once paired, you’ll meet with your new Executive Assistant for a personalized kickoff call, aligning on priorities, expectations, and next steps for a seamless start.
5. Ongoing Support

Our Client Success team checks in and provides resources to ensure a smooth start and help you get the most from your Executive Assistant, every step of the way.
