From there, we’ll begin your personalized matching process and have your dedicated Personal Assistant in place in as little as one week.

Once your agreement and onboarding are complete, we begin the pairing process immediately, hand-selecting candidates aligned with your lifestyle, personality, and preferences.   • Every Worxbee Personal Assistant signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before joining our network. For added peace of mind, you’re also welcome to have your Personal Assistant sign your own confidentiality agreement. When sharing credentials or sensitive information, we recommend secure, cloud-based tools such as LastPass, 1Password, Google Drive, or Dropbox. These allow you to grant and revoke access as needed, keeping your private details protected and fully within your control.

Billing

Each plan is based on the number of monthly support hours you choose, ensuring you receive exactly the level of assistance your lifestyle requires. You can adjust your hours as your needs evolve.   • Payments are processed automatically each month using the payment method you provide at sign-up, making your experience completely effortless. 

  • Worxbee Personal Assistant services begin with a 45-day initial commitment to ensure a smooth onboarding and pairing experience. After that, service continues month-to-month. Should you ever wish to end service, we simply require a 45-day notice to ensure a seamless transition.

  • Yes. Worxbee offers preferred rates for clients who choose a 6- or 12-month agreement. These options provide added value and flexibility while maintaining the same level of exceptional, personalized support.
